ספר לנו.. לא לשמור בסוד, המון פעמים לקוחות לא מספרים הכל, מסיבותיהם הם- וכשיש משלוח בפועל החיובים אחרים ושונים ויש כעסים…לא כל צוות שילוח רגיל לשאול כל לקוח את כל השאלות

הובלות יבשתיות אינן ע”פ המשקל בלבד- לנפח יש משמעות- כרית ששוקל 15 קג יכולה לתפוס מקום של פלט שלם , ותשלם עפ המקום שתפסה, זה נקרא משקל לחיוב וכך מחייבים בהובלות

מכולה מלאה לא משנה הנפח כי משלמים על הובלת הקופסא עצמה למעט אם זו מכולה חריגה כמו מכולת משטח או מכולה ללא גג- שם משלמים מחיר מיוחד על הציוד ואם יש חריגה בגובה או במכולת המשטח לצדדים- משלמים על המקום שזה הורג לאוניה לקחת, כל משלוח מתומחר עפ ההובלה שלו

A price for a shipment? There are a few basic things you need, and I will list them here. The most important:

Weight — what the shipment weighs
Dimensions — exact measurements, length height and width
Where do we collect? City, zip, country
Where do we send it — airport or seaport
And if it moves by road, where does it go

The cargo — is it general or special — batteries, dangerous goods, security-sensitive, perishable. Tell us. Don’t keep it a secret. Many times customers don’t tell everything, for their own reasons — and when the shipment actually moves the charges come out different and then there is anger… not every forwarding desk asks every customer every question.

Road transport is not by weight only. Volume matters. A pillow that weighs 15 kg can take a full pallet of space, and you pay for the space it took. That is chargeable weight, and that is how they bill on road moves.

On road you pay by the space the shipment takes on the truck, or the volume, or the weight — always the higher one. Air is a volume-to-weight ratio of about 1 to 6. Sea is about 1 cubic meter = 1,000 kg.

A full container — the volume inside does not matter, you pay to move the box itself. Except when it is a special box, flat rack or open top — then you pay a special rate for the equipment, and if there is extra height or that type of container…
